Innovative Golf Association Website Build
Description
Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500
I’m looking for a web developer who already speaks the language of golf. Our new national association promotes an alternative format of the game, so every page needs to feel immediately familiar to golfers while still highlighting what makes our rules unique.
Core site modules • Player profiles with up-to-date rankings pulled from our internal database • Match schedules, live results, and an archive for past events • A news hub for announcements, features, and press releases
Interactive layer • Real-time scoreboards that refresh automatically during play • Live-chat support for members and spectators on event days • Community forums where players can discuss equipment, strategy, and our modified ruleset
Design direction Minimalistic and clean: large white space, restrained colour palette drawn from our branding, and plenty of room for high-resolution course photography. Mobile-first responsiveness is a must; many members will check scores from the fairway.
Back-end considerations I’m open to your preferred tech stack—WordPress, headless CMS, or a custom Laravel/React build—as long as the admin panel lets non-technical staff post results quickly and update rankings in a single step. SEO basics, SSL, and lightweight performance optimisations should be baked in from day one.
Deliverables
- Fully functional, responsive website deployed on our hosting
- Admin dashboard with user-role management
- Documentation and a brief training session (recorded is fine)
- 30-day post-launch support for bug fixes and minor tweaks
Acceptance criteria • Interactive scoreboard latency under 5 seconds during load testing • PageSpeed Insights score of 90+ on mobile • No critical WCAG 2.1 accessibility errors at launch
If you understand handicaps, cut lines, and why a clean scorecard matters, you’re the partner I need. Let’s bring this new era of golf online.
