Portfolio Website Build

I already own the domain and now need a complete, Tamil-language portfolio site put online as quickly as possible. The build is straightforward but must look polished and load fast on both mobile and desktop.

• contact information plus a simple enquiry form • Orders
• a page where visitors can place a basic service request or booking

Key expectations

• Full Tamil UI/UX, including menus, buttons and metadata
• Responsive layout, clean typography, light-weight images
• SEO-friendly structure and basic on-page optimisation
• SSL, spam-protected forms and minimal page-load times
• An admin area (WordPress, Joomla or a similarly easy CMS) so I can update text and pictures without coding

Hand-over items

1. Live site deployed on my hosting
2. Theme files, plugins and any custom code documented
3. Quick video or PDF walkthrough of how to edit content
