PROJECT OVERVIEW We are building HomeProsFinder, a LEAD GENERATION platform that connects homeowners with professional contractors. IMPORTANT: • This is a real business, not a demo project • This is NOT a marketplace (no contractor accounts)


MAIN OBJECTIVE Finish a high-converting, scalable lead generation system that: • Generates quality leads (form + calls) • Works perfectly on mobile (priority) • Is SEO-ready


CURRENT PROJECT STATUS The project is already partially built using WordPress + Elementor. You will NOT start from scratch. Current state: • Step 1 → Step 2 flow exists (incomplete) However:

  • UX is not optimized
  • Form logic is weak
  • Data handling is incomplete
  • Full content must be completed by dev (English and Spanish)
  • Lead generation system is NOT finished The developer must review the current implementation and continue from the existing structure, not rebuild the project from scratch unless clearly justified.

CORE PRINCIPLE (VERY IMPORTANT) This project MUST follow this structure:

  • Elementor controls how it looks (UI)
  • Technical implementation controls how it works (logic & data) This separation is mandatory. Solutions that rely entirely on Elementor Forms will not be accepted.

YOUR ROLE You are NOT just finishing tasks. You must: • Fix and/or rebuild form logic where needed You must think like a lead generation + UX + technical specialist


FULL SCOPE (READ CAREFULLY)

  1. CORE FUNNEL (CRITICAL) Step 1 (Homepage) • ZIP Code (5 digits only) • Clean validation (no red block errors)

Step 2 (MAIN LEAD FORM) Must include: Personal Info • First Name / Last Name • Phone (auto-format) Location • Address (Google Places Autocomplete) • Auto-fill City / State / ZIP Service Section Photo Upload • Multiple images (min. 5) Budget Field (NEW) Schedule • Clean UI (NOT basic Elementor) • Simple UX (morning / afternoon / etc.) Terms & Consent Submission


  1. FORM LOGIC (CRITICAL) You must ensure:

  1. DATA STRUCTURE (MANDATORY) We need a real internal data system, not a basic form output. Must include: • Structured database (WordPress or custom) • Ability to: o search o filter o view leads easily

Additionally, the system should allow basic data insights and analysis, such as:

The developer is encouraged to suggest simple and effective ways to improve how we view and understand lead data.

NOT Google Sheets NOT email-only system

Data must be structured in a way that allows future integration with automation, AI systems, and potential CRM functionality.


  1. NOTIFICATIONS • Clean format (forward-ready)

  1. ADMIN PANEL Admin must be able to: • Filter by date/service • Export data (CSV) • Enable/disable key form sections (such as photo upload, scheduling, and optional fields) directly from the admin panel, without affecting layout or design consistency Admin interface must remain simple, fast, and practical for daily use (not overly complex).

  1. HOMEPAGE (CONVERSION FOCUSED) Must include: • “How it Works” section

  1. SERVICE PAGES • SEO-friendly structure • Clear descriptions/content

  1. SPANISH PAGE (IMPORTANT) We need a dedicated Spanish page inside the website, not just translation. Requirements: • Conversion-focused

The Spanish page must be designed as a standalone conversion page, not just a translated version.


  1. CONTENT (MANDATORY) Developer must provide: • Initial full website content (English + Spanish) • SEO-friendly structure and keyword-integrated content • Conversion-focused messaging • Microcopy (CTAs, form labels, instructions, etc.)

Content must be written for the U.S. home-services market and aligned with lead generation goals.

We may assist with revisions, adjustments, or refinements if needed, but the developer must deliver a complete and professional first version.


  1. SEO (MANDATORY) Must include: Technical SEO • Fast performance (Core Web Vitals) • Sitemap + robots.txt • Image optimization (compression, lazy loading, responsive sizes) • Minified CSS/JS and optimized asset loading • Mobile-first performance optimization • Proper URL structure (SEO-friendly slugs) On-Page SEO • Titles + meta descriptions • SEO-friendly content structure per service • Content optimized for local search intent (U.S. home services) Schema Local SEO •Location-based structure (service + city pages) • SEO-ready structure for targeting local areas • Clear service-area relevance signals Google Setup • Google Analytics / GA4 integration • Sitemap submission-ready

The website must be delivered fully indexable and ready for immediate search engine crawling.


  1. PERFORMANCE & MOBILE • Mobile-first design (primary focus due to user behavior, but desktop experience must be equally well-designed and fully optimized) • Fully functional on ALL devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile) • Mobile experience must be visually attractive, easy to navigate, and optimized for quick form completion and calling

  1. FUTURE AI READINESS Must be built for:

  1. OWNERSHIP (MANDATORY) We require full ownership:

No restrictions.


WHAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT • Low-quality, template-driven work or generic designs with no customization or strategy • Over-reliance on Elementor-only solutions without proper logic or structure • Poor UX or non-conversion-focused design • Unjustified scope changes or price increases after agreement

At the same time, we are open to well-justified improvements or recommendations that enhance the project. Any major changes must be clearly explained, aligned, and approved before implementation.
