I need an Android mobile app built from the ground up. The full process—planning, UI/UX design, coding, testing, and submitting to the Google Play Store—should be handled within this project.

Core expectations • Native Android development (Kotlin or Java) that follows current Material Design guidelines. • Clean, well-commented source code stored in a Git repository I can access at each milestone. • Smooth performance across recent Android versions and screen sizes. • End-to-end QA so the final APK is ready for release without additional fixes.

Once we agree on the basic feature set, I’ll supply any necessary wireframes, brand assets, and backend endpoints (if applicable). You’ll translate those into polished screens, integrate any required APIs, and walk me through publishing.
