Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced developer with strong expertise in Retell AI to build an intelligent voice agent capable of handling real-time calls, understanding caller intent, managing multiple call scenarios, and automating follow-up actions.

Scope of Work The agent should be able to handle live calls, understand what the caller is saying, and respond naturally throughout the conversation. A critical requirement of this project is real-time intent detection, allowing the agent to identify the caller’s purpose and adjust responses accordingly while triggering the correct actions or workflows. Integrate with the CRM system to ensure that all call interactions are properly tracked and managed.

The system should support warm transfers and cold transfers to human representatives when the conversation requires human intervention. All calls must be automatically recorded and securely stored for monitoring, training, and reference purposes in the CRM. The agent must be capable of identifying and classifying different call outcomes, such as:

• Busy
• Do Not Disturb (DND)
• Wrong Number
• Complaint
• Completed Call

Based on these outcomes, the system should automatically trigger appropriate follow-up workflows, tasks, or notifications.
