UChat Chatbot Audit & Optimization WhatsApp API (Only Experts)

Budget: $250 - $750

We are looking for a UChat specialist to audit, fix, and optimize our chatbot connected to WhatsApp API (Click to WhatsApp Ads).

The bot is already live, but it has technical, logical, and integration issues that need to be resolved urgently.

Phase 1

• Audit & Fix (High Priority) Current Issues: Duplicate messages (flows running twice) Incorrect detection of user origin (organic vs paid ads) Issues with triggers and flow entry points Lack of concurrency control (users entering flows multiple times) Overall bot structure needs improvement Google Calendar integration (appointment booking) not working properly Email notification when a user requests an agent is not working Errors when sending new leads to Google Sheets (duplicates / failures)

Scope: Full audit of the UChat bot Review of triggers, conditions, and architecture Fix duplicate executions and flow logic issues Restructure entry points Implement best practices (locks, flow control, etc.) Fix Google Calendar booking integration Fix email trigger when user requests an agent Fix and stabilize Google Sheets lead integration Data validation (avoid duplicates / incomplete data) Full system testing

Phase 2

• Advanced Improvements AI & Automation: Detect repeated questions (FAQs) and respond automatically

Detect messages such as: “not interested” “I don’t have money”

Agent Handoff Optimization: Before transferring to a human agent, add an intermediate step: “Before connecting you with an agent, what would you like to discuss?” Options: Pricing Video Call Other

Lead Routing by Country: Automatically assign leads based on user country Route each lead to the appropriate sales representative Optional notifications (email / WhatsApp)

Additional Flows: Create basic chatbot flows for Instagram & Facebook DMs Capture: Name Phone Email Country Automatically send the relevant quote

Tracking: Evaluate and implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI) Define events and tracking structure

Requirements (MANDATORY) Proven experience with UChat Experience with WhatsApp Cloud API / Click to WhatsApp Ads

Work Setup Project-based (Phase 1 + Phase 2) Potential for long-term collaboration We are looking for someone practical and execution-oriented
