Real-Time Multi-Platform Sales Dashboard

Budget: £750 - £1500

My goal is to see exactly how the business is performing the moment a sale is closed, without hopping between Pabau, Function365 and Shopify. Pabau is the core data source, yet figures from Function365 and our Shopify store must stream in alongside it so that the dashboard reflects every pound and every booking in real time.

What I need built • A secure data pipeline that pulls sales and booking records from the three platforms, refreshes automatically, and stores nothing locally that might compromise PCI or requirements. • An interactive dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or a similarly robust BI tool—happy to take guidance) that I can open on desktop, tablet or phone. • Daily metrics clearly surfaced: total revenue, number of bookings, average transaction value, sales by employee, and a breakdown of payment types. • A progressive, target-based commission calculator that updates live so each staff member instantly sees where they stand against their individual goals. • End-of-day export (PDF and CSV) listing sales, payment type splits and total payments to speed up reconciliation.

Acceptance criteria

1. Source data from all three systems displays within two minutes of the original transaction.
2. Commission figures match the logic I will provide for each tier and employee target.
3. EOD export balances to the cent with the combined figures in Pabau, Function365 and Shopify.
4. The solution is documented well enough for an internal admin to adjust data sources or add a new user without developer support.
