I need to pull together data that currently lives in three different places—traditional relational databases, a collection of spreadsheets, and several cloud services—into a single, dependable business-intelligence layer. The specific mix of data-visualisation, reporting, or deeper analytics we use can be finalised once the data is flowing cleanly; my first priority is a rock-solid integration and modelling foundation.

Here’s how I see the work unfolding. You’ll start by auditing the structure and quality of each source, then design an ETL/ELT approach that keeps everything in sync automatically. I’m open to whichever stack you feel is most suitable—Power BI, Tableau, Looker, an open-source solution, or something else—as long as it supports reliable refreshes, clear data lineage, and the ability to grow as new sources are added.

Deliverables • Automated pipeline connecting the databases, spreadsheets, and selected cloud APIs • Consolidated data warehouse or semantic layer with sensible naming conventions • A small proof-of-concept report or dashboard that reconciles perfectly with the originals • Concise documentation covering architecture, connection details, refresh schedule, and hand-off steps

The project is complete when the data refreshes without manual intervention and the sample reports match source figures 100 percent. Please share a brief outline of similar BI integrations you’ve completed and an estimated timeline for turning the first version around.
