Automated Power BI Email Reporting

I want a single, streamlined solution inside Microsoft 365 that pulls data from our existing sources, builds interactive dashboards in Power BI, and then emails the results to the right people every week. The core deliverable is an automated workflow that refreshes data, updates three report types—Performance, Financial, and Audit—and distributes them on a weekly schedule without manual intervention.

You’ll be working entirely within the Microsoft stack, so I expect native connections, scheduled refresh in Power BI Service, and an Outlook or Power Automate flow that selects the right distribution list, attaches (or links to) the refreshed report, and logs the send-out for audit purposes. Role-based access, clear documentation, and a hand-off session are part of the final package so my team can maintain the solution after go-live.
