I run an intimate live-session music platform in the spirit of Tiny Desk and COLORS, and my YouTube channel is the heart of it. I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes YouTube strategy to take full ownership of the channel: shaping a clear content calendar, optimising every upload for search and discovery, and building an engaged community around our music-performance videos.and street inter views

The core job • Plan, schedule and publish weekly performance sessions, making sure thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags and chapters all work together for maximum reach. • Coordinate with my filming/editing team so each video lands on time and in the best possible quality. • Use YouTube Studio analytics to spot trends, refine strategy and report back on growth. • Engage with viewers through comments, polls and Premiere features, turning casual listeners into loyal subscribers. • Repurpose key moments for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Threads so the story we tell on YouTube naturally feeds the other socials.

Acceptance criteria

  • At least two fully optimised performance videos live each week for the first month.
  • Channel CTR and average view duration show measurable improvement after four weeks.
  • A concise monthly report outlining what worked, what didn’t and the next steps.
