This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deg social media campaigns, planning virtual events, and growing online communities — and who genuinely loves books and reading culture. You will work closely with the core team to design and execute campaigns that drive engagement, participation, and followership across Instagram and other digital platforms. What You Will Do • Design and execute social media campaigns end-to-end (concept → creatives → posting → engagement). • Create visual content for Instagram (posts, stories, reels) using Canva. • Support the design and promotion of virtual literary events and book hunts. • Help grow engagement and followers through content planning, community interaction, and collaborations. • Assist with basic ad management and SEO-friendly content to improve reach and discoverability. • Track performance metrics and share insights on what’s working and what’s not. Who Should Apply (Key Qualifications) We are specifically looking for candidates who meet most or all of the following: • Hands-on familiarity with Canva and experience deg social media creatives. • Prior experience (academic, internship, freelance, or personal projects) in deg social media or marketing campaigns. • Basic understanding of Instagram ads, digital marketing, and SEO (practical exposure preferred). • Strong visual sense and attention to detail. • Book lover with a genuine interest in literature, reading communities, or cultural initiatives. • Based in Mumbai and available for occasional on-ground or hybrid work.
