Responsibilities: Daily/weekly posting strategy (Reels-focused)

Creating viral captions, hooks & hashtags

Optimizing content for Instagram algorithm

Managing posting schedule

Increasing engagement (likes, shares, comments)

Competitor research (music industry trends)

Suggesting content ideas for reels

Cross-promotion strategies (YouTube ↔ Instagram)

Goals: Reach 1 Million followers

Achieve high reel views (100K+ per reel target)

Build strong engagement & fan base

Requirements: Proven experience in growing Instagram pages (especially music/reels)
