Job Title: Social Media Manager for Organic Farm Fanpage (Facebook & Instagram) Job Description: We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to take over and grow the Facebook presence of our farm. Our goal is to connect with our community, showcase our farming journey, and increase engagement with our local customers.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design and schedule 3-5 posts per week (including high-quality photos, engaging captions, and short Reels/Videos).

Community Management: Respond to comments and messages in a timely and friendly manner.

Growth Strategy: Implement organic strategies to increase followers and reach within the local area.

Ad Management (Optional): Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads to promote seasonal harvests or farm events is a plus.

Brand Voice: Maintain a rustic, authentic, and trustworthy tone that reflects our farm's values.

Requirements: Proven experience in managing Facebook Business Pages (please provide a portfolio or links to previous work).

Ability to create visually appealing graphics (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Excellent English writing skills with a creative flair.

Passion for agriculture, organic living, or nature is highly preferred.

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
