Photorealistic 3D Animation for VTOL UAV

3D Animation, Novel Heavy-Lift VTOL UAV (Multiple Use-Case Scenarios) Description: We are a UK-based deep tech aerospace R&D company developing a novel heavy-lift VTOL UAV called StaticWing. The aircraft uses a proprietary ducted propulsion system and has a unique visual profile unlike any existing drone or eVTOL platform on the market. We require a skilled 3D animator to produce high-quality, photorealistic animations depicting StaticWing operating across several real-world use cases, including:

Defence and military logistics Commercial cargo and logistics delivery Construction and heavy-lift operations Search and rescue

We have existing 3D animation reference material from previous work that can be shared with the successful applicant to establish the visual style, aircraft geometry, and flight behaviour. CAD data and technical drawings can also be provided under NDA. The animations will be used in investor presentations, defence industry exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement, so production quality must be high. We are looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, and comfortable working iteratively with technical feedback. Experience animating aircraft, drones, or aerospace concepts is strongly preferred. Please include in your proposal: relevant portfolio examples (ideally aerospace or vehicle animation), your estimated timeline per animation, and your pricing structure (per scene or per project).
