Shopify Store Manager & Stock Overseer

Deadline: 2026-04-07
Project-Based

Description

Budget: $30 - $250

I run two family-focused Shopify stores that carry clothing, skin-care items, health products, pet outfits, toys, and assorted home goods. I’m looking for someone to take charge of daily operations so I can focus on product development.

Your first responsibility is curation: every listing must stay family-safe—no vulgar language, no Halloween references, and no political themes. Next comes inventory. Each month, you’ll audit stock levels, upload or archive variants, and confirm that supplier feeds match what’s on the storefront.

When orders come in, you’ll process them quickly, attach tracking numbers, and follow shipments through to delivery. If a parcel stalls, you’ll chase the carrier; if an item arrives damaged, you’ll arrange a replacement or refund. The customer inbox should stay friendly and under a 24-hour response window at all times.

Comfort with Shopify’s dashboard, its bulk editor, and common fulfilment or help-desk apps is essential. Light image work in Canva or Photoshop for quick product updates would be a plus.

Deliverables: • Daily order queue cleared with tracking uploaded

If you’re detail-driven, proactive, and ready to treat these shops as your own, I’d love to hear how you can help elevate the experience for our family audience.

Note: I should not have to constantly remind you to check on the products or customers.
