E-Commerce Website Management & Setup

• One-Time Project I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help set up and manage my e-commerce website. The project involves an initial one-time setup to get the site fully live and operational, followed by ongoing order management support. Scope of Work: One-Time Setup (Go-Live)

Add all products with proper titles, descriptions, images, and pricing Organize products into relevant categories Configure inventory levels and stock tracking for all items

Product Management (As Needed)

Add new products to the catalog Edit existing product details (price, description, images, variants) Remove discontinued or out-of-stock products Keep inventory counts accurate and up to date

Order Management (Ongoing)

Monitor incoming orders and update order statuses Coordinate with fulfillment/shipping as needed Handle order edits, cancellations, or customer-related updates Maintain clean and organized order records

Requirements:

Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify / WooCommerce / similar) Comfortable handling product uploads in bulk if needed Reliable communication and timely updates Attention to detail and organized workflow
