I run a growing candy-wholesale business and need a reliable partner who can jump in for quick, high-quality customer care whenever requests pop up—usually no more than 1-3 hours per week.

Your day-to-day will be simple but important: • the Faire Wholesale platform and my support inbox, watch for new messages, and reply promptly. • Handle questions about product availability, order status, and the occasional general inquiry from retailers in the United States, Europe, and Oceania. • Double-check in-stock / out-of-stock items against my inventory sheet before answering. • Flag anything unusual so I can step in if needed.

I already have canned responses and brand guidelines; you just bring clear English, a friendly tone, and rock-solid reliability. Experience with Faire (or similar wholesale portals) is a plus, but fast learners are welcome.
