Develop SOPs for VRLA Batteries

Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500

I need a complete set of Standard Operating Procedures that will bring consistency to how we build and test Pecon Power’s VRLA batteries. The focus is strictly on the production process and the quality-control checkpoints that follow each stage on the line. My primary goal is standardisation—every operator and, above all, every member of our quality-assurance team should be able to open the document, follow a clear step-by-step workflow, and arrive at exactly the same outcome each time.

The documents have to be practical: unambiguous instructions, referenced tools or gauges, acceptance limits, and links to any forms or checklists I already use. Where a flowchart or photo will communicate faster than a paragraph, include it. Format the final package so it is ready for controlled‐document release (Word or Google Docs master, plus a locked PDF version).

Deliverables • SOP: VRLA battery production process, start-to-finish • SOP: In-process and final quality-control procedures • Any supporting flowcharts, visual aids, or checklists • Version-control page and change-log template

Acceptance criteria • Language clear enough for first-time operators yet detailed enough for auditors • All process steps numbered and cross-referenced to test points/tolerances • Consistent formatting, glossary for any acronyms, and zero ambiguous terms

Prior experience in battery industry is highly preferred.
