Ad Creative Video Editor Needed

I run a fast-growing digital marketing agency and I’m looking for a skilled video editor who can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping ad creatives. Every piece you cut will be aimed at building brand awareness, so the first three seconds have to hook viewers and the motion graphics must feel polished yet punchy.
You’ll mainly be editing 30-second spots for Instagram Reels, Facebook feeds/stories and the occasional YouTube Short or pre-roll. Expect to work with supplied brand assets—logos, colour palettes, product shots—and weave in dynamic captions, kinetic text or subtle transitions that suit each platform’s vibe. Sound design that enhances, not distracts, is equally important.
If your workflow is inside Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci and you’re comfortable adding After Effects-style graphics (or equivalent) on the fly, we’ll get along well. Consistency, fast turnaround and a strong sense of pacing are critical because we test multiple hooks weekly.

Deliverables for each asset: • One 30-second master cut (vertical 9:16) optimised for Instagram & Facebook • Aspect-ratio tweaks or trims if a YouTube Short is requested • Editable project file and export in high-quality H.264
