Ultra-Luxury Villa 3D Brochure

I want a 12 × 12-inch, 25-leaf (50-page) brochure that captures the full splendour of our new ultra-luxury villa development. Two formats are essential—an interactive digital version and a press-ready file engineered for spot-UV treatment—both finished in ultra-HD quality.

All 3D imagery must be created from scratch. Exterior views, interior rooms and standout amenity shots should dominate the spreads, and every render needs that “wow” aesthetic that persuades a buyer the moment they turn the page. Consistent lighting, photoreal textures and cinematic composition are key.

The layout has to feel immersive yet refined: elegant typography, generous white space, seamless page transitions and smart interactive touches (subtle animation, embedded hotspots or short video loops) to elevate the digital edition. Colour space must stay CMYK for print, RGB for interactive, with matching fidelity between the two.

Future edits matter, so supply fully organised source files—InDesign package with linked PSD/AI assets, layered 3D scenes (Max/Blender/C4D, whichever you use) and any LUTs or materials—so I can commission quick revisions without starting over.

Deliverables • Print-ready PDF at 300 dpi with separate spot-UV layer • Interactive PDF (or In5/ePub) optimised for web and tablet • All native design files and 3D project files, clearly labelled

Files are approved when colours, trims and spot-UV masks pass my local press test and the digital version runs flawlessly on desktop and mobile with all size compatibility.
