7-Storey MS Project Schedule

I need a complete Microsoft Project programme of works that covers the full construction of a seven-storey building. The schedule will serve as the master reference for the site team, letting us track progress, spot delays early and keep every trade moving in the right sequence.

Here’s what I expect to receive:

• A well-structured WBS that runs from enabling works through to final hand-over. • Durations, dependencies and lags clearly set so the critical path is visible at a glance. • Logical links between structural, architectural, services and finishing activities to reflect real-world build flow. • At least one baseline saved so we can measure variances once work begins. • A clean, editable.mpp file (no locked fields) plus a PDF Gantt export for quick sharing with non-MSP stakeholders.

I will supply drawings, specification notes and any key dates you need as soon as we start. If you have suggestions for milestone placement or sequencing improvements, feel free to propose them—accuracy and practicality are more important to me than sticking to a preconceived outline.

The finished schedule should be ready for review within a week of receiving the project data, with one round of revisions included so we can fine-tune the critical path before sign-off.
