I'm seeking detailed construction drawings for a city permit to convert my attached 24’x15’ carport into an addition and remodel the main level of my 24’x24’ house.

Key Requirements:

• Kitchen Design: Modern traditional with natural wood colors (non-rustic) and quartz countertops.
• New Mud Room: Design and layout needed.
• Laundry Room: Must include built-in storage, folding station, and a sink.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in architectural design and permit acquisition.
• Experience in modern traditional kitchen design.
• Strong knowledge of space optimization for mud rooms and laundry areas. -Will need to pour new footings for addition under carport and also crawl space underneath to run utilities Located in Saskatchewan Canada
