Traditional Home Design Specialist

Hello, my wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing our first home near Jacksonville. The property is about 2,700 square feet, two stories, and sits on roughly 8 acres, and we’re looking to fully redesign it.

While I’m not a designer, we’re drawn to a warm, timeless style—something that feels lived-in and authentic rather than overly staged. A good way to describe it is a blend of XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX aesthetics, with elements like wall molding, soft warm lighting, and classic finishes.

We’re also considering expanding the existing loft, and potentially adding an extension to the back of the home for a gym and spa area and a cra port. Ideally later on we would like some ideas for the land design and also a potential stable (we have an existing structure in place already)
