AutoCAD LT Office Detailing

Budget: $15 - $25/hr

I need an experienced AutoCAD LT user to jump straight into the drafting and detailing phase of a mid-size office building. The design concept is fixed—I now require clean, construction-ready drawings that articulate every interior space and present a coordinated exterior façade.

You will be working from my marked-up PDFs and reference models, translating them into precise DWG sheets that meet standard commercial documentation conventions. Line weights, layers, viewports, dimensions, and keynotes must follow the template I provide so the files slot seamlessly into the consultant set.

Deliverables • Fully annotated interior layout plans, reflected ceiling plans, and enlarged details • Exterior elevations and façade detail sheets with material call-outs and section cuts

I review in two rounds: an initial check for graphic standards, followed by a final coordination pass with MEP. Send work in native DWG and plotted PDFs each round. If you are comfortable coordinating Xrefs and can keep to agreed naming protocols, we’ll be a great fit.
