We are a growing arts-focused business dedicated to supporting creative projects across design, digital media, and visual arts. Our work involves managing artist portfolios, project records, and client-related data, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our operations.

Role Overview The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to projects, clients, and internal records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities • Input, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly • Organize digital files, records, and documents for easy retrieval • Assist with maintaining artist and client databases • Support administrative tasks related to ongoing creative projects • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive business information

Requirements • Must be based in the United States, Canada, or Australia • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with creative, arts, or digital media businesses • Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools • Basic understanding of file management for digital assets
