My 900-square-meter villa in Abu Dhabi is ready for a full interior and landscape transformation that breathes Modern Japandi—warm Scandinavian practicality fused with Japanese minimalism. Every room and every metre of outdoor space should feel serene, functional, and visually seamless, using natural timber, stone, neutral palettes, and impeccably clean lines. The design has to serve daily life for a large family while flowing effortlessly into gardens, terraces, and quiet corners outside.

What I will need from you • Concept development for all interiors and the entire site • Detailed space planning, bespoke joinery drawings, lighting layouts, and FF&E specifications • High-quality 3D visualisations and material boards that clearly communicate the look and feel • A comprehensive landscape masterplan with planting palette, hardscape detailing, and water-feature integration • Construction-ready documentation packaged in the software you normally use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar)
