Civil Engineering Consultant Needed for Design, Drawings & BOQ

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced civil engineering consultant to deliver complete design and documentation for a civil infrastructure project. The work includes drawings, structural design, and BOQ preparation to support execution and tendering.

Scope of Work

• Prepare concept and detailed working plans
• Develop sectional drawings and 2D elevations
• Create structural drawings (foundation, beams, columns, slabs, staircase, lintels, chajjas)
• Design electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems
• Prepare furniture layout plans
• Plan landscape and horticulture elements
• Design rainwater harvesting, septic tank, and soak pit systems
• Prepare bar bending schedule (BBS)
• Develop BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis
• Support quality checks and vendor billing (if required)
