You will research and scrape your own prospect lists, pick up the phone, send targeted cold emails, nurture the conversation and drive it all the way to a signed deal.

The territory is straightforward: local and national businesses here in our market, with a sweet spot of medium-sized enterprises that need a stronger online presence but may not yet have an in-house development team. Your twin KPI targets are clear—consistent lead generation and closed, revenue-producing sales.

To succeed you’ll need proven cold-calling stamina, persuasive copy for cold emails, and the resourcefulness to locate direct numbers, decision-maker emails and supplemental data without hand-holding. Expect to track your own pipeline in a simple CRM, share weekly call and email activity reports, and hit agreed-upon revenue milestones to unlock an uncapped commission structure.
