Commission-Only Sales Representative — AI Automation Services (Remote, Flexible)

About the role I run a custom AI automation agency that builds appointment booking systems, sales chatbots, and workflow automation for small and medium businesses in the US, UK, and Australia. I'm looking for sales reps who can close deals with business owners and bring them to me as clients.
What you'll be selling
- AI appointment booking systems for clinics, salons, and service businesses
- Sales automation chatbots (WhatsApp, website)
- Workflow automation for small teams
How it works You find prospects, pitch, and close. I handle all the technical delivery. You don't need to know how to build anything, just how to talk to business owners.
Compensation
- 30% commission on the setup fee (our typical project is $800–$1,500 setup)
- Example: close a $1,000 project → you earn $300
- No cap on earnings. No base pay.
- Paid within 5 business days of client payment received.
What I provide
- Sales script and pitch deck
- Case studies and demo videos to show prospects
- Full technical support once client is onboarded
- Quick response for any questions during the sales process
You're a great fit if you:
- Have experience selling B2B services or software
- Are comfortable cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, or calls
- Are based in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia (or have a strong network there)
- Can work independently and are results-driven
