BGINFO expert with custom wallpaper

Budget: $30 - $250

I need assistance in deploying BGINFO with custom wallpaper and a few items displayed in lower right hand corner

IP Address (just IP address of active adapter and not other inactive adapters where it displays none Host Name OS Version with sub version as in Windows 11 25H2 User Name Free Space Boot Time

On the custom wallpaper I do not end user to be able to change it and would like it to appear wallpaper to appear on lock screen also. Some users just admin with no password so if there is a way to stop them from changing wallpaper that would be helpful

I would like this to be able to deploy this at multiple clients so need ability to setup this us with their own wallpaper

There may be some back and forth between us to get it looking right and approved by client
