L2 Support (Tech Refresh) | Renewable Contract

The Engineer will collaborate closely with the IT Representative, BAU Support, Tech Refresh Team, and IT Administration on the following activities: Migration Support: Provide migration support for users undergoing Tech Refresh or when swapping with existing leased laptops. Communications: Work with the IT Representative to distribute communications (EDM/Email) to inform users of upcoming activities and events they need to attend throughout the migration process. Training and Support: Partner with the IT Representative to conduct migration briefings and facilitate together with onsite engineers. Pre-Migration Requirements: Assist users in completing pre-migration requirements, including enabling passwordless for MFA, encrypting local files and uploading them to the online archive, and transferring documents/files from users’ hard drives to cloud storage. Printer Management: Work with the IT Representative to onboard network printers to Cloud Print, ensuring proper configuration and accessibility for users. Progress Reporting and Recovery Planning: Provide weekly migration progress reports comparing planned migration targets against actual completion rates for the assigned Professional Group. When progress falls below planned targets, collaborate with the IT Representative to develop and implement recovery plans to ensure project timelines are achieved.
