We are seeking talented and motivated Sales Account Executives to join our team and help us dominate the real estate industry. As a remote Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to real estate sellers, qualifying leads, and transitioning them into listing presentations with the ability to close the deal on our end. Your role in qualifying leads is crucial to our success! On-the-job training will be provided to familiarize you with our industry-leading lead generation software and to develop foundational sales skills. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents and brokers daily, effectively engaging prospective customers in a competitive landscape.
• Set 5-8 qualified appointments per week, ensuring a steady flow of leads for our sales team.
• Constantly strive for improvement by actively engaging in coaching and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Utilize your at least 3 years of experience in real estate cold calling to generate results and contribute to the growth of our business. Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate cold calling, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships over the phone.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
• Ability to work remotely and independently, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
