My workday has become a tangle of unread messages and half-updated invoices, so I’m looking for a detail-minded virtual assistant who can take full ownership of two specific areas:

Email management You’ll our official, company-hosted email system each weekday, sort every new message into the appropriate folders, apply labels, archive what’s done, and flag anything that needs my direct attention. By close of business you’ll send a quick status note so I always know what’s waiting.

Invoice management On the bookkeeping side the sole focus is invoices—creating them from my time-tracking notes, recording incoming bills, updating amounts paid or outstanding, and keeping a neatly organized register that I can hand straight to my accountant at quarter-end. If something is overdue you’ll draft a polite reminder for me to approve before it goes out.

Deliverables • A zero-clutter inbox and end-of-day summary, Monday through Friday • A living invoice register (spreadsheet or accounting app—we’ll decide together) kept current to the last transaction • Weekly snapshot report highlighting totals issued, received, and overdue
