Budget: $15 - $25/hr
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to keep my back office organized and my customers attended to each day. The role blends accurate data work with friendly front-line communication and a bit of calendar control so my schedule stays on track. Interviewing new applicants as well.
Here’s what you’ll handle for me:
- Entering new and updated customer information into our system
- Keeping inventory records current
- Processing daily transactions with zero-error accuracy
• Inbound & outbound support
Handling phone calls professionally, taking concise notes when needed
Responding to emails in a timely, personable tone that matches our brand
Performing customer follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is high
Scheduling and confirming appointments, flagging conflicts early
Sending reminders so meetings start on time
Consistency and confidentiality are critical. You should already be comfortable with spreadsheets, basic CRM tools, email platforms and VoIP calling software. Strong written and spoken English is a must, and I value clear, proactive communication.
