We are looking for a skilled After Effects video editor to help us edit high-quality short and long-form content for socials. The editing style should be minimal, chic, and elevated — not meme-based, not overly “viral-style,” and not cluttered with trendy effects.

Think of the clean, sophisticated visual language used by Masterclass-style content: polished, intentional, and visually refined.

This role will involve editing content in batches, so we are looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a strong aesthetic standard.

What We’re Looking For • Ability to edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer-form YouTube videos • Understanding of modern social media editing trends while keeping a minimal, luxury aesthetic • Ability to work with clean typography, subtle motion graphics, and elegant pacing • Strong sense of color grading and visual consistency • Attention to detail and storytelling through editing

We are not looking for meme-style edits, loud transitions, or exaggerated viral effects. The tone should feel polished and intelligent, similar to educational or premium content platforms. For some makeup, fashion videos we provide benchmarks and clear direction.

Scope of Work • Batch editing of short-form videos (Reels / Shorts) • Editing of occasional longer-form videos for YouTube
