I have a series of raw stand-up sets that each run about 8–10 minutes. For every set I need a couple, tight 30–45 second highlight that feels built for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The workflow is straightforward: • Identify the biggest punch or moment in the routine. • Trim surrounding setup so the beat lands fast, keeping total runtime between 30 and 45 seconds. • Clean and balance the dialogue, then raise overall loudness to modern platform standards. Where the room laugh is light, layer or sweeten it so the energy matches the punchline without sounding canned. • Burn in standard text subtitles—clear, accurate, and perfectly synced—at the bottom third. No animation needed, just sharp readability. • Export in 1080×1920 (vertical) H.264 MP4 plus a square 1080×1080 version, both under 15 MB.

I’ll provide the original file and a timestamp of the joke I want featured when relevant; otherwise choose the strongest clip yourself. Final files should be ready to post, with no additional tweaks required on my end.
