Restore Sharpness to Short Video

I am after an experienced video restorer to repair a badly out-of-focus video. You should have previous experience and examples of your previous work to show me. Those should be relevant to the task.

I have a single clip that runs roughly two minutes, and the focus is soft from start to finish. I need someone to isolate and correct the overall blur so the final file looks crisp and natural without introducing obvious artefacts or an oversharpened halo.

The original footage is 4K MP4, shot at 25 fps. I’ll supply the source file via a download link along with a quick reference still that shows the level of clarity I’m aiming for. Your task XXXX XXXX run whatever combination of AI upscaling, manual masking, or advanced sharpening you prefer (DaVinci Resolve, Topaz Video AI, After Effects, etc.) to bring the entire clip into clean focus while preserving skin texture, motion, and grain structure.

Once complete, deliver: • A graded, focus-restored master in the same resolution and frame rate (ProRes or high-bitrate H.264) • A short text summary of the steps or settings used, in case I need to replicate the workflow later
