Commercial Facade & Elevation Design

I’m developing a new commercial property and need a fresh, professional façade and elevation design that will set the tone for the entire building. The core of the assignment is to translate my branding goals into an eye-catching street presence while ensuring the elevations are practical for construction and code-compliant.

You will take the lead from concept through to presentation-ready visuals. I’m happy to share site photos, measurements, and any zoning information the moment we start, but I’m relying on your architectural skill set—whether you prefer AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or another mainstream tool—to turn those inputs into a cohesive exterior aesthetic.

Deliverables I expect: • Conceptual façade study with at least two style options • Finalised elevation drawings (DWG + high-resolution PDF) ready for my engineer and local authority submission • Two or more rendered perspectives that clearly communicate massing, materiality, and colour choices • A concise material palette with notes on finishes so I can price the work accurately

Accuracy to dimensions, clear layer naming, and a tidy sheet setup will be part of the acceptance criteria. If you can achieve a distinctive, buildable design that aligns with the commercial function of the site, I’d love to review your proposal and timeline.
