I’m building a pipeline of commercial projects and want to collaborate with a reliable architect who can stay with me as those projects unfold. You’ll become my go-to professional from concept sketches through permit-ready construction documents, helping me keep deadlines tight and quality consistent.

Right now, the workflow is mostly new commercial builds—think retail footprints and mixed-use spaces—with the occasional refresh or fit-out. I handle client liaison and approvals; you translate those needs into clear, code-compliant plans, coordinate with structural and MEP consultants when required, and iterate quickly when feedback lands.

Your drawings should arrive in a tidy BIM-friendly format (Revit or Archicad preferred, though AutoCAD is fine for 2D sets) alongside any supporting 3D visuals that help clients sign off faster. If you’re comfortable producing photorealistic renders in Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion, that’s a plus—our marketing team loves to preview spaces before ground is broken.

I measure success by: • Well-organized, accurate drawing sets that pass local authority checks the first time. • Consistent design language across multiple sites. • Fast turnaround on revisions without sacrificing detail.
