Japanese-Inspired Villa Masterplan

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

The site is a 2,720 sq.m rectangular parcel in Mandrem, Goa (18 m roadside frontage, considerable depth). I intend to place four to five modern villas in a linear arrangement, each embracing a clean Japanese aesthetic—tatami rooms, shoji slidilng doors, and pocket-sized zen gardens flowing naturally into a shared pool zone.

What I need you to produce is complete design documentation from concept through visualisation. Begin with a 2D master plan that optimises the long, narrow geometry of the land, indicating setbacks, circulation, parking, shared amenities and the individual villa footprints. Translate that into basic structural drawings—accurate beam and column grids ready for a local engineer’s review.

Inside each villa, I’m after a balance of airy open areas and clearly defined private rooms. Please let the structure and materials echo restrained Japanese lines while remaining practical for Goa’s coastal climate.

Once plans are frozen, I want photorealistic 3D renders and a smooth walkthrough video that showcases daylight and evening moods, interior–exterior transitions, water reflections in the pool, and subtle landscaping features.

Please share a portfolio link highlighting comparable villa or resort work—especially anything with Asian or minimalist influence. AutoCAD/Revit for drawings and SketchUp/3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion or similar for renders are all acceptable; just specify your toolchain so I can integrate files smoothly with my consultant team.
