Coimbatore young (0-2yrs) Advocate Needed for Civil Case

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE FROM COIMBATORE COURT. Young advocate (0-2 years preferred) I am in the middle of an ongoing property dispute and the matter is already before the court. I need a young, energetic advocate based in Coimbatore who can step in immediately.

The dispute falls squarely under civil law, so a solid grasp of procedural rules, evidence handling, and local court practices is essential. Familiarity with property-related precedents in Tamil Nadu will be a major plus because we may need to cite comparable judgments to strengthen our position.

Here is what I expect once we start: • Supporting the drafting of IAs and formats and checking if numbering is done or any correction required. • Supporting to find out the guys in the court to issue the petition and support him. • Draft or refine written submissions, affidavits, and any pending petitions. • Keep me updated on progress and next steps.

Pay will be immediate based on the type of work.
