I am forming a Corporation in Nassau, Bahamas for a Software & Professional Services venture and need an experienced CPA or Business Administration professional to guide the remaining steps. I already hold my initial registration documents in Nevada—Articles of Incorporation and related papers—but I still require full completion of every local requirement for Nassau Bahamas.
