The goal is to ensure users understand how to register, access forms, and complete them correctly to avoid delays in our internal processes. Scope of Work: Step-by-step guide on how to create an account and Jotform Overview of dashboard and navigation Instructions on how to access and complete assigned forms Detailed guide on filling out forms properly: Required fields Uploading photos Adding notes Signatures Mobile usage instructions (phone/tablet) Common mistakes to avoid Clear submission rules (forms must be fully completed before processing)
Requirements: Must include screenshots and visual examples Simple, easy-to-follow language (non-technical users) Professional formatting (PDF format preferred) Experience creating training manuals or SOPs
Deliverables: Full training manual (PDF) Optional: 1-page quick reference guide
