iPad Fillable E-Signature Form Creation

I need a small suite of digital forms—each no more than one or two pages—that my team can open on an iPad, type directly into, sign with a finger or Apple Pencil, and then email out on the spot. The forms must capture contact details, service or product specifics, and client signatures. I will supply our current contract as a starting template so you can keep branding and legal wording intact.

Key requirements • Works 100 % offline on the iPad; once filled, the user taps “Email” and the completed file sends through the iPad’s native mail app. • No ongoing CRM or cloud subscription. If a low-cost, one-time purchase app (e.g., GoodNotes, PDF Expert, Adobe Acrobat for iOS) is needed, that is acceptable, but ownership of the final form files stays with us. • Clean, professional layout that is easy to read on a tablet screen and equally clear when printed. • Simple to update internally in the future—no hard-coded locks or proprietary builders.

Deliverables

1. Three to five ready-to-use fillable forms based on my supplied contract.
2. Step-by-step instructions (or a brief screen-share) showing how to deploy the forms on an iPad, collect a signature, and email the result.
3. Source files (original PDF, Word, or HTML package) so we can edit text ourselves later.

I’m flexible on the underlying format—PDF with form fields, a self-contained HTML file, or another approach you recommend—as long as it meets the offline-first and no-subscription criteria.
