Silicon Valley Bilingual Project Coordinator
Description
I’m looking for an entry-level colleague based in the Silicon Valley area who can switch comfortably between Korean and English in both spoken and written communication. The role runs for roughly 3–4 months on a 1099-NEC contract and centres on classic project-coordination and administrative support.
Day-to-day you’ll take charge of scheduling and calendar management across several time zones, keep our internal and external conversations flowing smoothly, and maintain an organised library of project files and documentation. Because we work in a fast-moving, product-focused environment, a bachelor’s degree and at least some prior exposure to a startup—whether through an internship, a campus venture, or a short stint at an early-stage company—will help you adapt quickly.
We collaborate in real time, so being local enough to drop by for the occasional in-person check-in is ideal. If you thrive on keeping details straight, enjoy bilingual teamwork, and want hands-on experience inside a growing tech project, I’d love to hear how you could step in and keep us organised from day one. Budget: USD 3000–5000 Skills: Project Management, Korean Translator, Customer Service, Documentation, Local Job, Administrative Support, English Translation
