Dedicated YouTube Channel Manager Needed

Project-Based

Description

I run a growing YouTube channel and I’m looking for a reliable, long-term partner to take over day-to-day channel management so I can stay focused on filming and strategy. The priority is subscriber growth, and I believe that consistent publishing, smart optimisation, and genuine audience interaction are the keys to get us there.

Here’s what I need you to handle:

• Upload & Scheduling

  • receive the final videos, craft an engaging title and description, add timestamps, cards, and end-screens, then schedule each release for maximum impact. • SEO & Tags Optimisation
  • research keywords with tools like TubeBuddy or vidIQ, refine tags, playlists, and thumbnails so each upload is search-friendly and click-worthy. • Audience Engagement
  • monitor comments, pin standout feedback, reply where appropriate in the brand voice, and flag any issues I should address directly.

Success for me looks like a steady climb in subscriber count, stronger watch-time, and a comments section that feels active and welcoming.

I collaborate in English, store assets in Google Drive, and plan releases in Trello, but I’m happy to adapt if you have a smoother workflow. Reliability and clear communication are non-negotiable; everything else we can refine together.

If you have a track record growing channels, understand YouTube Studio inside-out, and enjoy being the person who keeps the engine running quietly in the background, let’s talk.
