Project Summary: Assistant Producer (YouTube Content)

I am seeking a proactive and creative Assistant Producer to collaborate closely with me and my video editor in shaping engaging short-form content for my YouTube channel.

The role involves reviewing raw video footage, identifying strong storytelling moments, and contributing ideas on how best to structure and edit clips into compelling short videos that maximize audience retention and engagement. You will play a key role in the creative decision-making process—helping refine pacing, highlight key hooks, and ensuring each video aligns with the channel’s tone, style, and branding.

You will need to have stable internet access, a mobile phone, and be available for regular Zoom meetings and discussions, working closely with me throughout the production process.

This is a collaborative role suited for someone with a strong eye for storytelling, familiarity with YouTube content trends, and an understanding of what makes short-form videos perform well. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, communicative, and able to translate raw footage into clear editing direction that enhances viewer experience.
