European Off-Page SEO Boost( 20 keywords)

We are looking to hire an experienced SEO freelancer or agency for off-page link building for our industrial website https://www.valvesonlyeurope.com/. Our objective is to strengthen the authority of our website across European search results through a focused off-page campaign. The scope includes 20 keywords, and we require a minimum of 2 high-quality backlinks per keyword, with a target of 40+ backlinks per week. The strategy should be built around proven techniques such as quality link building, targeted guest blogging, and relevant content placements using fresh articles as the primary content.

All backlinks must be from websites with a minimum DA/PA of 50+ (preferably higher), with strong organic traffic, and must be relevant to our industry such as engineering, industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, pipelines, or related sectors. Only contextual backlinks placed within proper article content will be accepted, and do-follow links are mandatory. All links must be permanent and published on websites with a clear European or relevant audience.

We will provide the content for all keywords. The freelancer/agency can modify or optimize the content as required to suit the platform, but it must remain unique, relevant, and high quality (300–500 words). All content must pass Copyscape and follow E-E-A-T guidelines. Duplicate, spun, or low-quality content will not be accepted.

The selected freelancer or agency will be responsible for outreach, placement, and reporting. Before execution, you must submit an outreach plan listing at least 30 prospective domains. A live tracking sheet (Google Sheet) must be maintained showing URL, DA/DR, anchor text, placement date, and regional relevance.

We strictly follow white-hat SEO practices. PBNs, spam comments, automated tools, low-quality directories, bookmarking sites, or profile links are not allowed under any circumstances.

Weekly reporting is mandatory, including all live URLs and status updates. Payment will be released only after verification of live, valid, and compliant backlinks.

Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, or similar outreach platforms is preferred. We are only interested in high-quality, manual link building, and not bulk or low-quality SEO work. This can lead to long-term collaboration if the results meet expectations.
