Automate Quiz Emails via Make

I’ve built a personality-style quiz in Google Forms that feeds answers into a connected scoring sheet. Formulas inside that sheet calculate each respondent’s hierarchy score (1st, 2nd, 3rd modality). I originally tried to handle the follow-up with Apps Script, but although the script fires, the messages never reach inboxes.

I want to move the whole flow into MAKE.com. As soon as a respondent’s hierarchy score appears in the sheet—whatever triggering option in Make best equates to “email sending” in practice—I need a scenario to:

• watch the scoring sheet and detect the row whose scores have just been written • pull the user’s email address captured by the form • build an email that drops their three ranked modalities directly into the body and into a dynamic subject line (I already have draft copy you can reuse) • dispatch everything through my MailerLite account so it feeds the existing list and workflow statistics

Please set up the scenario in my Make dashboard, map all fields, and run a live test with me to confirm the email arrives, shows the correct personalisation, includes the attachment, and is logged in MailerLite. Clear documentation of each module’s settings will round off the job so I can maintain it myself later.
