Ongoing Virtual Customer Support

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can fully own our customer support function and grow with us over the long term. Your day-to-day focus will be 100 % customer support—responding to inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, recording all interactions, and making sure every customer walks away happy.
Most tickets arrive through email, but I’m open to adding live chat or phone as we scale, so any experience across those channels is a plus. Likewise, if you already know tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar help-desk platforms, let me know; I can adapt to whichever system lets you work fastest and gives the team clear visibility of conversations.
Deliverables I’m expecting: • Timely, friendly first responses within agreed SLAs • Complete resolution or accurate escalation of each case • A concise weekly report summarizing volume, common pain points, and suggested improvements
If you’re proactive about refining workflows, writing canned responses, and spotting patterns that can reduce future tickets, we’ll be a great fit. This is a long-term role, so consistency, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help customers are what matter most.
